This guide is for tenant administrators — ISPs, ITSPs, and hosting providers who run kuploy-cloud instances for their customers.
Onboarding Checklist
Follow these steps to get your platform up and running:
- Subscribe to a platform plan — Choose a plan at kuploy.app (Hobby through Enterprise)
- Deploy to Kubernetes — Install kuploy-cloud on your cluster
- Link your license — Activate your instance via claim code or manual configuration
- Configure the admin dashboard — Set up SMTP, theme, and admin accounts
- Set up billing for your customers — Connect Stripe and define plans in kuploy.app
- Configure SMTP — Enable email verification and notifications
- Set up notifications — Configure alert channels for billing events
- Manage domains — Configure subdomains, custom domains, and domain purchasing
