This guide is for tenant administrators — ISPs, ITSPs, and hosting providers who run kuploy-cloud instances for their customers.

Onboarding Checklist

Follow these steps to get your platform up and running:

  1. Subscribe to a platform plan — Choose a plan at kuploy.app (Hobby through Enterprise)
  2. Deploy to Kubernetes — Install kuploy-cloud on your cluster
  3. Link your license — Activate your instance via claim code or manual configuration
  4. Configure the admin dashboard — Set up SMTP, theme, and admin accounts
  5. Set up billing for your customers — Connect Stripe and define plans in kuploy.app
  6. Configure SMTP — Enable email verification and notifications
  7. Set up notifications — Configure alert channels for billing events
  8. Manage domains — Configure subdomains, custom domains, and domain purchasing
